PERSONAL FLIGHT CONSULTANT
Advanced negotiation and prospecting skills required. Candidates must demonstrate a successful track record of sales preferably in the private charter space or similar industry. The Personal Flight Consultant will have winning phone skills, build and maintain client relationships and execute flight contracts. We are looking for people that can work independently and are self-motivating, outgoing, well-organized and personable. You will be expected to learn, understand, and adapt to a charter buyer's motivation, needs, and selection criteria. You will also be expected to quickly develop, utilize, and expand a network of charter users, clients, FBO's, owners, and operators.
The personal flight consultant will receive inbound leads from online as well as via telephone. No cold calling required.
